A detailed reset that sets the standard for your home. Every first visit is a deep clean, whether you book once or plan to continue.

Recurring maintenance

After your deep clean

Keep your home fresh with weekly, biweekly or monthly visits after your initial deep clean. A consistent routine, personally handled by me.

Recurring visits have a lower flat rate after the initial deep clean. Biweekly maintenance starts at $250 per visit, based on your home and scope.

Before we get started.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Initial deep cleans: Starting at $300. Recurring cleaning is available at a lower flat rate after your initial deep clean. Your quote depends on your home’s size, condition and what you need cleaned. Text me photos of your home for an accurate quote. The more photos you send, the better I can price it.

Example pricing for a 1,900 sq ft home

  • Initial deep clean: Starting at $450
  • Biweekly maintenance: Starting at $250 per visit
  • Monthly maintenance: Starting at $300 per visit

These are starting prices for the example home, not fixed prices for every home. Biweekly visits may be $250 to $350 and monthly visits may be $300 to $400 depending on condition and cleaning needs. More involved cleanings may cost more. Your final flat rate depends on the home’s condition and cleaning needs and is agreed with you before your visit. Recurring maintenance begins after your initial deep clean.

Can I book a one time maintenance cleaning?

Yes, you can book a one time deep clean. Every first cleaning is a deep clean, regardless of your home’s condition or whether you plan to book again. I do not offer one time surface or maintenance cleans. Maintenance cleaning is reserved for weekly, biweekly or monthly visits after your initial deep clean.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, Zelle or credit card through Square. Credit card payments include a 2.9% surcharge. There is no added fee for cash or Zelle. I’ll confirm your total and send payment details by text before you pay.

Do I need to provide supplies?

No, I bring my own cleaning supplies and professional equipment. If you have specific product preferences or surfaces that need special care, let me know before the appointment.

Are you insured?

Yes. I carry active insurance through NEXT Insurance, including:

  • $1 million in general liability coverage per occurrence
  • $2 million annual general liability limit
  • $1 million in umbrella liability coverage per claim, with a $1 million annual limit
  • $100,000 for damage to rented premises
  • $1 million for personal and advertising injury
  • $2 million products and completed operations annual limit
  • $5,000 in medical expenses per person

Proof of insurance is available upon request. Coverage is subject to policy terms and limits.

Can we focus on specific areas?

Absolutely. Tell me your priorities and budget so we can agree on a cleaning plan that works for you.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. You’re welcome to stay or head out while I clean. We can arrange access beforehand using a key, lockbox or entry code. I’ll text you when I’m finished.

Will you be the person cleaning my home?

Yes. I personally handle every cleaning and bring my own professional equipment and supplies.

How long does a cleaning take?

Timing depends on your home’s size, condition and the agreed scope. I personally complete the cleaning, and your price is a flat rate rather than an hourly charge. I’ll discuss scheduling with you before the visit.

Are ovens and refrigerators included?

Appliance exteriors, normal stovetop cleaning and microwave cleaning with normal buildup are included in standard deep cleaning. Oven interiors and refrigerator interiors are optional services starting at $50 each. Heavy grease and unusually heavy buildup are quoted separately for any visit.

Does my home need to be empty for a move cleaning?

No. I can work around furniture and belongings, cleaning the areas I can safely access.

Do you offer carpet or couch cleaning?

I offer small spot cleaning starting at $25 per small spot. I don’t offer full carpet shampooing or full upholstery cleaning. Results depend on the stain and fabric.

How do I book?

Text me your city, home size, preferred date and photos. I’ll confirm your flat rate and we’ll schedule directly by text.

How should I prepare for my cleaning?

Put away valuables and personal items, and clear belongings from surfaces you want cleaned. No need to clean before I arrive. If you need help tidying, that can be added to your visit.

Can you use my preferred cleaning products?

Yes. Let me know beforehand if you have product preferences or surfaces that need special care. I also bring regular and natural cleaning options.

Can I add extra tasks to my visit?

Yes. Dishes, laundry, changing sheets, interior windows and extra tidying are available for an additional charge. Let me know before your visit so I can include them in your quote.

Can I send photos for a quote?

Yes. Text photos of the spaces you’d like cleaned to (714) 478-3204, along with your city and approximate home size.
